Ingredients:
9” graham or shortbread crust (ready made)
16 oz. cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 eggs
3/4 cup sour cream
1/4cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation:

1. In large mixer, beat cheese until fluffy. Add sugar and vanilla.
2. Gradually beat in eggs – beating after each egg.
3. Pour into ready made crust and bake at 350 F for 30 min or until center is set.
4. Mix sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Spread over hot cheesecake and bake another 30 minutes.
5. Refrigerate before serving.
