
Ingredients:
1 prepared graham pie crust
16 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
8 oz. container Cool Whip
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation:
- In large mixer, beat cheese until fluffy.
- Add sugar, vanilla and Cool Whip and continue to beat.
- Pour into pie crust. Refrigerate before serving.
- Top with pie fruit topping or with fresh fruit.
