Ingredients:
24 chocolate cookies, ground
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
16 oz. cream cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup caramel sauce
1/2 cup fudge sauce
1/2 cup pecan halves

Preparation:

1. Mix together ground cookies and melted butter.  Press onto bottom of 9 inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Cool.
2. Beat cream cheese with sour cream, sugar, eggs and vanilla until smooth.
3. Pour the mixture over crust and bake in 350 F oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until almost set in center.
4. Refrigerate before serving. Serve drizzled with caramel and fudge sauces and topped witth pecan halves.
