Serves 4.
Ingredients:
2 cups celery, diced
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 cups evaporated milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 cups slivered almonds
cheddar cheese, grated
buttered bread crumbs
Preparation:
- Boil celery in sated water for 12 minutes. Drain.
- Mix butter, flour and evaporated milk until smooth.
- Add soup, celery and almonds.
- Place in greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese and crumbs. Bake at 350 F until bubbly.
