Ingredients:
2 Tbsp. butter, softened
2 cups confectioners’ sugar
1 1/2 to 2 1/2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation:
- Beat the butter, sugar and 1 1/2 tablespoons of milk in a bowl with an electric mixer until smooth. If too thick, add 1 Tbsp. more of milk.
- Spread the icing on the cooled cupcakes.
Yield: 1 cup icing
