
Ingredients:
4 oz (125 g) butter or margarine, melted
2/3 cup (1 1/2 dl) sugar
2 eggs
1 cup (2 1/2 dl) flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 apples, peeled, cored and cut into 8 slices
Preparation:
1. Mix all ingredients except apples.
2. Place paper liners in muffin cups. Spoon batter into liners.
3. Press narrow edge of apple wedges into top of each muffin.
4. Bake at 325 F (160 C) for 15 minutes.
Makes 16 muffins.
