Ingredients:
2 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. sugar
1 c. milk or yoghurt or sourcream
3 tbsp. oil
1 beaten egg
Preparation:
- Combine dry ingredients.
- Mix milk, oil and egg. Add dry ingredients all at once (do not overbeat).
- Fill greased muffin pans 2/3 full. Bake at 425 F (220 C) for 25 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
