Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
1 oz (30 g) dark chocolate, melted and cooled
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup icing sugar
pinch of salt
Preparation:
- Combine butter and melted chocolate.
- Add remaining ingredients and beat until smooth.
*Serve with scones, muffins, pancakes, toast etc.
*Will keep for up to 2 weeks.
