Ingredients:
4 chilean sea bass fillets
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon oregano, dried
1/2 teaspoon basil, dried
2 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup dry white wine
salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation:
- Heat oven to 425 F (220 C).
- Spread the olive oil over the bottom of the baking pan.
- Combine the garlic, paprika, oregano, basil and parsley. Spread half of the garlic mixture across the pan.
- Rinse the sea bass and pat dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper. Place sea bass in the pan. Top with remaining half of the mixture.
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, or until the fish is opaque in color and has a flaky texture.
