
Ingredients:
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
3 eggs
1/4 c. powdered sugar
a pinch of salt
butter for frying
Preparation:
- Mix all ingredients.
- Melt the butter in a crepe or omelette pan. Pour in 2 to 3 tablespoons of batter and tip pan to coat bottom. Cook until lightly brown. Turn and cook other side.
