Ingredients:
2 lb spinach
1 tsp butter
1 oz plain flour
1 garlic clove, minced
2 cups milk
1 slice bread
2 egg yolks, FRESH
salt
Preparation:
- Boil spinach in salted water for 5 minutes. Chopp roughly.
- Soak bread in milk.
- Fry flour in butter. Add garlic, chopped spinach, bread and milk. Cook for a short time.
- Stir in egg yolks and serve.
